Commonly called plumbers, plumbing technicians install, repair and maintain pipes for carrying water, sewage, gas and other liquids to residential, industrial and commercial facilities. They install and repair sinks, toilets and other plumbing fixtures, as well as appliances including dishwashers and garbage disposals.
